Visited this place a few days back with my whole squad. We were looking for some authentic Maharashtrian mutton dishes and we landed here. This place is newly opened. We had special chicken thali, mutton thali, chicken fry and their Chicken biryani. The mutton and the Chicken both were very well cooked and tender. Especially the mutton rassa (curry) was so mouthwatering, it was yumm. I would also like to mention the biryani. All the aromas and flavours were excellent. It is one of their famous dishes
This is a perfect place for mutton lovers. Had been to this place with my friends to try some amazing mutton dishes along with some other dishes. The ambience was well for a fine dine and it had good number of seating capacity. Started with Alani Soup: Mutton Alani Soup: It was really hot and delicious. It would make you feel warm. It had perfect essence of mutton. In Starter: Chicken Sukka: It was cooked well and tasted really good. In Thali: Torna Special Mutton Thali: It comprised Mutton Rassa, Mutton Sukka, Mutton Alani Soup, Dried Shrimp Chutney, Bhakri, Rice, Onion, Lemon. It looked very attractive. All the dishes were perfectly cooked. Chicken Thali: It comprised Chicken Rassa, Chicken Alani Soup, Dried Shrimp Chutney, Bhakri, Rice, Onion, Lemon. In Biryani: Mutton Biryani Chicken Biryani The Biryani had long grained rice and had an authentic taste. It had an ample amount of ghee due to which it gave an extra flavor. Winded up the entire course with Solkadi and Gulab Jamuns. I would suggest others to try their special Mutton Thali.
Nice and cozy ambience, delicious food, friendly and polite staff
We ordered here Torana special chicken thali, (299 Rs) . Quality and quantity both are really good. They serve chicken sukkha, chicken in red gravy, aalani chicken , sukat, boiled egg, chatani with bhakari and indrayani rice. You can get unlimited no of serving of bhakari, red curry and rice.
A recommended place for non veg lovers. Had been there yesterday with my friends. The ambience is nice for a fine dine with a good seating capacity. They also have a seating capacity at the first floor which is exclusively meant for families. Service is also fast and the staff are courteous too. Had the Mutton Alani Soup at first. The soup was hot and refreshing. It was perfect in its flavour and I loved it by its essence and tatse. We also had Chicken Sukka in Starter. It was cooked well and garnished with coriender leaves. The spices in it were balanced and the spicy content was mild. Then we had the Special Torna Mutton Thali and Chicken Thali . Let me give a brief about my favourite, the Special Torna Mutton thali. It had 3 different Mutton dishes such as Mutton Rassa, Mutton Sukka, An Alani Soup containing Mutton, Bhakri and Rice. Everything on the thali was properly cooked and each dish had its authentic flavour, look and taste. The Chicken Thali was also great in taste. The Rassa in Chicken thali was extremely good. Then we headed towards Mutton and Chicken Biriyani. The Biriyanis had long rice grains cooked with ghee and had an authentic biriyani flavour. The quantity was too well to serve two people to the fullest. And at last to end the heavy meal with a solkadhi and Gulab Jamun. The Solkadhi was prepared in- house and was good. The Gulab Jamuns were soft and tasted well. Overall had a nice experience here. This place is a savage for non-veg lovers especially mutton lovers .
