Kfc - Naugatuck

They forgot my chicken sandwich and extra sauce that we paid for but they called us offered 3 chicken sandwiches for free but we were already home we live 30 minutes awayParking: 30-60 spots

Naugatuck KFC: Ordered 8 piece extra crispy bucket and the breading had no spices at all. The most disgusting chicken that we have had from KFC. Tried calling and no answer. We will not be going back

I like the new interior of the restaurant. They recently renovated the restaurant and it's very bright and inviting. I've always had a good experience at this location. The staff are always very kind and welcoming and the food is always good.

Went today 12/04/23, im really not going here anymore, this was KFC's last chance. I'm going to Popeye's from now on! The meal today was almost inedible, soggy, greasy chicken. I'm done! Besides the fly in my soda cup, and the soggy chicken, it was bad. Every time I go there it's either a long wait in drive through or food is terrible, well the mashed potatoes and coleslaw was great, but the uncrispy chicken nor so much.

Went here on 11/26/23 , customer service at the drive thru was pure ignorance. They also didn’t have 3 of the menu items I was wanting. To make matters worst the entire family got sick off the chicken that we ate.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
