HOOKED. Oh my goodness, every time they offer samples, I can't resist this place! The food is incredibly delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I also got mozzarella sticks, but the cheese was hardly melted. To make matters worse, I was given only one marinara sauce, even though I had paid for an extra one. When I asked the girl at the counter for another, she looked at me as if I was bothering her, even though I had paid for it. View all feedback.
Never again. Been to this location a few times in the past but never ever again. The meat was dry, and tasteless could have been a jerky sandwich. The fries were good but i didn’t go there just for fries. Lesson learnt, what a waste of my hard earned money and tasteless calories.

Love this place. Love my cheesesteaks. Absolutely hated the customer service this visit from an unhappy cashier. She rudely stated that they didn't open until 11am, mind you I was only standing in line at 1059. Then I asked her about redeeming my rewards points, said she couldn't do it. Couldn't or wouldn't be bothered? Good rule of thumb when working fast food, you must also provide good customer service. It's clear she did NOT want to be at work today. What a shame considering people need to be happy if they have a job during these times. Update: I wanted to update my review, because its very important to share when business owners acknowledge when you've provided negative feedback regarding a service or quality of food or a product. After I posted my review, the owner Yunis, reached out to me right away. She apologized for my experience and assured me that it was not ok, and would make every attempt to make things right. On Friday, I took her up on the offer. I called in to place an order, the manager Marcelino was very friendly and accommodated my order replacement with an upgrade. This made me so happy, and the sandwich and fries were incredible. Thanks so much to Yunis and Marcelino for redeeming my feelings towards their business. I'll be sure to visit again. As should you!
Manage your expectations accordingly. I’ve never seen a cheesesteak with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and pickles. When I opened it all I could smell was pickles and there was a giant glob of mayo on the end of the bread. Kind of a disappointment because I was really craving an authentic Cheesesteak and this ain’t that. Not a dig against the food, but it isn’t the most accurate representation of a “classic” philly.
I love the Philly Steaks but the service was terrible. The cashier barely greeted me and forgot to give me my lemonade after sitting down and waiting about 10 minutes I realized I didn't get my lemonade. She could have easily walked it over to me when I was getting my sandwich but didn't care to even tell me she had served it. When I was collecting my sandwich the other girl deemed in a bad mood. they seem nice but like robotic. No real feelings.
