This is my new go to spot for Chinese food in San Diego. It has a good size dining area that is usually pretty mellow. Not a lot of people stay for dine in. I do notice families like to come here and splurge. The portions are huge and perfect for sharing so it makes sense. I like the simple aesthetics of the place and the old school paper place mats with the Chinese zodiac signs. Now for the food. I love the food here... View all feedback.
What Jose Sanchez doesn't like about Bistro City:
Prices more than doubled since last time we went about 1.5yrs ago and place unf quality went down as well. My wife tasted bbq pork that was bad didnt make it a big deal just informed wife def not coming back for poor quality and prices View all feedback.
The owner and staffs were accommodating. We will definitely go back with their good food.Parking: Good spot..Safe to park
Great selections, portion sizes are large and flavor for days!!!! Nice environment, this place stays busy but its never over crowded!!!Food: 5/5
My first time trying this place. I must say everything was so fresh tasting and delicious!! This is my new favorite Chinese restaurant in national city
The competition on this same street always gets all the hype but make no mistake, Bistro City is worthy of praise. Every time we've come here, we get big portions of food that's consistently served fresh off the wok. We've tried many items on their menu but usually stick to our favorites. There are ample tables for small or large parties. Service is very attentive and the sweet lady (not sure if she's the owner or manager) is always friendly no matter what kind of day she's having. Warm, complimentary sesame balls for the win!
