**Dining at Bierhalle: A Mixed Experience in Level99** Bierhalle at Level99 offers a blend of experiences that range from delightful to disappointing. While the food, especially the pizzas and Korean chicken sandwich, receives praise for its quality and flavor, service tends to fluctuate. Some guests report long wait times and inattentive staff, sometimes experiencing staff that lacked menu knowledge. The atmosphere, likened to an upscale sports bar, is suitable for large groups, and its layout accommodates families well. However, the ambiance can be marred by noisy children and cramped seating. In summary, Bierhalle stands out for its culinary offerings but may need to refine its service.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant on an early Sunday afternoon after visiting Level 99. The spacious layout was perfect for our large family, which included members aged 10 to 66. It was a lot of fun for everyone! View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Night Shift Natick:
I booked a table for 10 people at the Bierhalle in Level99. I've dined multiple times in the taproom, and it was fantastic! However, the Bierhalle was a disappointing experience. We were given just one table that could barely accommodate 4 people, let alone 10. When I spoke to a staff member, she suggested I ask someone else to help us move to another table. I'm not sure why that responsibility fell to me, especially... View all feedback.
A very average place. We got garlic Parmesan wings which I thought were decent but my wife wasn’t crazy about. We both agreed the sauce wasn’t good, too much garlic.Next we got the Birria French Dip. The meat was nice but overall the sandwich was too salty. Sadly the french fries that came with it weren’t salty enough and they clumped together in a soggy heap. The service was spotty. They brought extra plates for our wings but then took them away and didn’t bring any for our shared sandwich. Another server that wasn’t ours came over and said “who got the beer” and when we said we hadn’t, he acted like we didn’t know what we were talking about. Food was also slow coming out even though the place was half empty. The atmosphere was fine for a restaurant in a mall but nothing special, kind of upscale sports bar. Bottom line, I’d eat there again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.Parking: It’s in a mall
I've visited this restaurant twice with my boyfriend, and each time, the staff has been incredibly friendly and personable. They enjoy engaging in conversation, sharing interesting facts about their beers, and making us feel at home. As two typically shy people, we truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere. We love coming back! The food is consistently delicious, and my boyfriend is especially fond of the pizzas! The only downside is that the tables are a bit close together at times, but aside from that, everything has been perfect for us!
The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. However, a major drawback of this restaurant is the lack of TVs. Several people in our group left because they wanted to watch the Celtics game, and the waitress informed us that another group had declined to sit for their reservation earlier due to the absence of TVs for the game. While I understand this isn't meant to be a sports bar, I can assure you that not having TVs in the bar area will cost you customers and revenue.
We enjoy our lunch .. pizza is the best. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
My husband and I stopped in for lunch, and it did not disappoint! Everything from the food to the service was fantastic. The manager checked in, and we had a great chat with him. The food comes from a scratch kitchen, which makes it even better. Plenty of options to satisfy everyone, especially if dining with a vegetarian. We headed in to Level 99 after (which is attached , and it was so fun! You can get the food, snacks, and drinks from Night Shift right in the Level 99 venue, as well. Overall, highly recommend : .
