Absolutely love this place! Food was great! The various taste of the Cajun spices was savory! And the size of the portions were bigger than I thought that me and my family had to get to go boxes! And we're still trying to finish it all! Awesome customerservice and quick food delivery!

Definitely worth the drive! We visited on a Saturday evening and didn’t have to wait long. The atmosphere was lovely. Our food was delicious, with generous portions at reasonable prices. A special thanks to our server, Nya, for taking such good care of us. We had a wonderful time!

Wow! Roux 61 is an amazing destination for Cajun food and a great time. Be sure to try the delicious Chargrilled Oysters and a infused Bloody Mary! Both are a perfect 10 out of 10. If you sit at the bar, ask for John; he is incredibly friendly and helpful when it comes to menu questions, and his customer service is truly exceptional!

My son is a huge fan of chargrilled oysters, and this restaurant serves the best ones in the area. The staff was very friendly and even allowed him to watch them shuck and grill the oysters. He ended up finishing an entire dozen!
