What 3Luka s (3 1 year ago on Google doesn't like about Jollibee:
They do follow the protocol and vaccination card is required. What I did not like is that only one cashier was open while there were lots of staff around kitchen and counter. Service was ultra slow and some people even gave up and left. Upper flow is without AC and it looks sad and deserted. It is before noon and they already run out of regular fries which is terrible. Infants are not allowed to enter.. if ever you are carrying an infant and weather is too hot, its not advisable to go here
Noisy, slow service. Took me 45 mins for a piece of burger.
Cleanliness in this branch is at par. Quality of food is great. Staff is very accommodating.
They've installed a touchscreen ordering kiosk similar to what McDonald's uses, which I find isn't particularly helpful and actually increases the wait time for customers to receive their food. What's the point of convenience if you have to wait 15-20 minutes for your meal? It's especially concerning for elderly customers who may not know how to use it.
The restaurant was extremely busy, with long lines at the three computer screens. The large dining area downstairs and the additional seating upstairs were both packed, so I decided not to eat there this time. Perhaps I'll try again when it's less crowded. There is parking available in the front and on the side, but the presence of numerous delivery bikes and tricycles made it difficult to find a spot. On the positive side, the restrooms were clean and accessible. Maybe I'll give it another shot next time.
