Loved the pancakes and waffles. I tried the breakfast steak, it was surprisedly good. Be aware of their fruits, not so fresh. And yes, definitely pricey.

If you want to eat at the hotel, it's worth it. This buffet was nice with a good selection of all kinds of dishes. The food here is over expensive, so when you come, ready to spend a lot of money on food.

Yes it is expensive $71 per adult including taxes and tip) but it is a beautiful experience. For a buffet, the place is very beautiful and elegant. Service was friendly. For food there is a sushi station and the tuna and salmon were incredible. The shrimp cocktail were large shrimps and fresh, as well as the Calamari salad. There are grilled meat, including lamb chop, and also another meat station the beef was incredible, nice medium rare for me). There is also sausage, lamb, pig and chicken. There is a salad bar, cheese and meat, pasta, Asian stir fry, some stews and desserts. Desserts were the only disappointing area as they looked pretty, but did not taste, so that they stick to the crepe station for dessert.

Absolutely amazing food every time! Over the past 20 years I have been at the other buffets in Nassau and Mosaic is by far the highest quality and highest consistency for brunch and dinner. For the brunch, the coconut-french toast is a must! Did not have any of the Brunch dessert options.
