Marco's Pizza - Nassau

They didn't get my order right, but otherwise it was good. As a rule, they stick to the time frame that is given to collect food.

I love Marco's pizza. Your pizzas are always good and from order to pick up does not take very long. Staff is always friendly and helpful and I love their reward program.

Didn't have pizza, but the cheezy bread and meatball bake was delicious. Key Lime Pie not so much but we expected that. All in all we recommend Marco's.

I love Marco's Pizza however I had somewhat of a bad experience today. I placed an order via the Marco's242 app with your Robinson Rd. Location in the amout of $14.18. I paid for the order using my debit card *I DID NOT INCLUDE A TIP. One hour later after I would have eaten and signed for my order, I got a email with an invoice from Marco's Pizza stating that my debit card was charged in the amount of $19.18. Immediately I called the Marco's Pizza Robinson Rd. location not for clarification but to find out who would have added a tip of $5.00 $5.00 is not much but what was done is stealing). I spoke to the General Manager and I explained to her what happened, she admitted that she checked the system along with the receipt that I signed for in the amount of $14.18 and there was no tip added. The General manager offered to reimburse me in cash which was strange when she could have simply reverse the charges. The General Manager also said that she spoke with someone in accounts so reversing the charges would take too long, I told her that I was against beind reimbursed with cash. I told her that I would prefer to have the charges reversed no matter how long it takes. I love Marco's Pizza and I will continue to support you all however I am upset and very disappointed also I think that someone in authority should know what the staff is doing at the Robinson Rd. Location.

It's my favorite one ,friendly staff very clean .because of covid some protocols are in place but that's ok with me
