Wendy's - Nashville

I was appalled to find cockroaches in the men's bathroom—both large and small ones everywhere! It was incredibly disgusting. While the staff was polite, I felt I had no choice but to leave without dining after witnessing such a concerning situation. I will be reporting this to corporate. This restaurant needs to take cleanliness seriously; it's hard to believe food is served here. Service: Dine-in.

I traveled a considerable distance and arrived at 9:25 PM. There were five cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, but no one was responding. I noticed two employees inside the restaurant—one with red hair at the first window, focused on her phone, and another with long braids at the second window, fiddling with the lids. Does this place stop serving customers before 10 PM? Management should review the footage from tonight (September 19, 2023) between 9:25 PM and 9:35 PM. Several cars passed through without anyone acknowledging them. This establishment really needs to improve, as this experience was quite disappointing.

We visited the drive-thru on multiple occasions a few nights before closing time. One night, we noticed an employee standing outside chatting with another staff member. They walked inside without taking our orders, leaving several cars waiting. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, but the atmosphere gets a 1.

I am a formal employee an today I was fired for no reason. I wish there was something someone could do about manager's that fire good employees. I really love working for wendys an this is my sec time working at this location. I am 40 years old an I have bills an children to take care of. This can't be right that someone can just fire someone for trying to communicate with sandwich makers. Justice needs to be served if someone can see this situation besides me. I have called corporate office an I am awaiting a returned ticket to speak with someone about this matter. This has got to be against the law. I done nothing wrong.

Just down the road from Nash Community College, this Wendy's is truly fantastic! I can say this sincerely because I had lunch here every day while taking classes for my job. I tried several items from the menu, and my food was consistently hot and fresh. My orders were always correct, and the staff was friendly. Great job, everyone! Keep up the excellent work!
