Subway - Nashville

Dead bugs in my drink from dirty ice machine, manager didn’t care. And left it dirty!

This location has a closing time of 9pm listed. I've come at 8 and they have the doors locked. When asked what time is closing noone can answer.

They need to update hours of operation on entry. Place says it closes at 9p on Sunday. Came in at 7:55p and employee says they were closed.

Its a very rare occasion for me to write a negative review for a restaurant, but this was awful. the older woman behind the counter was rude and would slam my things down for no apparent reason. i asked for a different cheese and things added and she completely ignored me… like stopped, looked at me, and continued on. AND my food was cold when i got it. i asked for it to be reheated and she acted like i just slapped her mom, just before slamming my food on the counter again after it was pulled out of the oven. i was trying to be polite as possible even though i was going through a terrible day, this just made my day worse. you couldn’t pay me to return to this location.

This location is awful! Legitimately one of the most horrendous experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The employees are just plain mean each time I go in the staff is just plain rude. I asked them to toast a sandwich for me and they flat out refused. Do not come here if you have the option go to literally any other Subway
