Bojangles - Nashville

It wasn't so great. Waited 30 minutes to get food. They did give me a refund, so that wasn't so bad. They need help, more workers needed.

I went to order in the drive through and the woman was so rude because i asked if i could have a second to look. Once i decided i pulled around and realized id like another order and she rolled her eyes. I paid and left. Once i was gone i realized i didnt have a receipt OR MY SECOND ORDER!!

Hardee's is located next door to Bojangles had to wait 15 minutes to get my food and there was only one car in front of me. Meanwhile I watched over 10 cars go through the drive through at hardee's, just not enough help HIRING !

I ordered a chicken sandwich. I tried to eat this but I couldn't. The food was just a crumbly mess. You never know what the quality of the food is going to be when you go there. Sometimes it's pretty good sometimes it is inedible. They really need to tighten up quality control because they will just hand you anything thought the drive thru window

They get the order right and do it fast. The staff here are better than most fast food places. The drive through in the morning is the fastest and friendliest I have found.The coffee is good, the hash browns are perfect, the chicken is tasty and the biscuits are too. The biscuits are a bit dry and crumbly but still good.If you’re going to eat fast food in Madison this is your best choice IMO
