the service was terrible. an salate and an icy latte as eating in the gast ordered. they wanted to seriously over fee for a piece of gluten-free bread. then the salate came. it was beautiful. I've never been in a hurry. they told me it was coming. 30 minutes. when I started staring at the barista. they admitted they forgot. simple terrible service. I drove fifteen minutes to pick up my order, only to discover a bug in my salad when I returned to work. When I called to complain, the staff told me I could either drive back to the restaurant for a new salad or send a photo via email. I was disappointed by the lack of concern and professionalism. To make matters worse, the person I spoke to, Timmy, rudely hung up on me while I was trying to ask a question. The general manager refused to speak to me directly, instructing the staff to tell me to return the salad. Overall, my experience was a joke and I would not recommend dining at this establishment.
Earthy little cafe. Loved the atmosphere of this place!! Ordered a rainbow açaí bowl along with mac and cheese, and an iced chai with oat milk. Everything tasted absolutely amazing and fresh! Super fast service as well. Ticked off a star because I couldn’t see prices on the handheld menus and it was a little pricey. Would come back to try the selection of smoothies they offered, because they looked really good. One of the best açaí bowls I’ve had in a while. Definitely recommend if you enjoy all things fruit.
3 x in a month they get the order wrong. Actually called today, manager was very pleasant, I didn’t actually want a refund, I just wanted them to fix their quality control issues. She asked for a picture of the sandwich which was tossed. Wasted 15$ I’m not going back . Lost a very good customer over no being able to listen to what people want.
This restaurant is a great spot for breakfast or brunch. I highly recommend trying the Jerusalem Mezze plate and the bowls, such as the Mediterranean Salmon bowl. The service is also good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Keep in mind that it can get crowded during peak times on weekends.
If you're looking for a fast and healthy dining option, this restaurant is the perfect choice. With a diverse menu of delicious dishes, you're sure to find something you love. Highly recommended!
