I've been a loya... read more I ordered a "pick two" on Monday to take back to work, but when I opened it, the food was either frozen or undercooked. How is this acceptable? I've been a loyal customer for years, and I’m very disappointed. In the end, I didn’t eat any of it.

We had 3 child... read more We stopped as a family en route to a weekend up north for dinner. I ordered the lobster roll after seeing the sign outside it did not disappoint! We had 3 children in our group and they were all happy with their meals. Very quick and reasonably priced.

On two occasions, I ordered bagels to go, and they were only slight... read more In my last three visits to this restaurant, I found the food to be consistently undercooked. On two occasions, I ordered bagels to go, and they were only slightly toasted. I also tried a grilled cheese sandwich, but once again, the bread was barely toasted. It seems they don't know how to toast bread properly. Furthermore, the staff at the counter can be somewhat dismissive when you raise concerns, which is quite disappointing. Moving forward, I will only be ordering drinks from this location. I've recently discovered that there’s a “bagel button” for toasting bagels, which leads me to believe that this place needs to either train their cooks better or hire new ones. I've included a photo of a nicely toasted bagel from another Panera for comparison.

On the bright side, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their Asiago bagel was. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to eat, featuring a nice ambiance.
