Situated in a less-than-ideal location, this small Spanish bar might leave guests frustrated and uncomfortable. Despite a vibrant atmosphere, loud music and spotty customer service detract from the appeal. Reports of past incidents, including a missing person, cast a shadow over its reputation, creating safety concerns among patrons. While some staff are commended for their friendliness, management's unwelcoming demeanor and inconsistency in service have led many to vow never to return. Although there are positive aspects, including a lively ambiance and potential, the overall sentiment suggests a significant need for improvement to regain trust and attract a diverse clientele.

I would give it 0 starts if it was an option. I have been to this place twice, with very bad experiences both times. 1st time after we had been ID and checked and were proceding to pay and enter the manager Danny Lantigua in a very rude maner told thegirl at the door not to let us in. The girl at the door was very nice and polite and wanted to let us in but the managerappeared to be very classist as we then saw multiple people being allowed inside this place. 2nd time I went with a differentgroup of friends who wanted to try this place out. After being allowed in to sit on the vip area the manager latter came statingthat the table was already reserved moving us to a corner by the bar. I went to the server twice to ask for a bottle and mixfor party of 6 and the server never came to our table. I then saw a group of people came in and sat on the area we were first atand the server went to them, took their order and brought them their drinks. After being at thi place for over 30 min theserver comes with our drink, and we all got up and left. I will never be going back to this place nor will I recommend thisplace to anyone. The manager of this place has a very nasty and rude personality and does not know how to serve his custumer. Heshould know anyone who goes to this place and spends their hard earn money deserve to be treated in a nice manner.
I went here recently and it was really small, music was too loud, sketchy atmosphere, bad part of Nashua, only plays Spanish music, a man went missing from here over two years ago and still has not been found, and another man was run over in the parkinglot outside this establishment and killed a few years ago.
To make matters worse, shortly after we were informed that the hookahs were unavailable, a group of three young men arrived and received their hookah within just five minutes. If they had a reservation, that would be one thing; however, it’s difficult to comprehend how something can be “unavailable” for us while others are being served. We even offered to pay for VIP seating at the regular price, but our request was declined. The customer service was not welcoming at all, except for the bartenders and bottle service staff. I certainly won’t be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to other couples or people of color, particularly in the Black community. I rate it a 10/10 on the scale of places to avoid. If the management happens to see this, I'm open to discussing my experience further.
I had a fantastic experience at Opus Lounge! The drinks were great, the music was lively, and the food was absolutely delicious. I also felt very secure during my visit.
