We stay in the hotel and have decided to taste this restaurant for dinner. we ordered dal makhni, veg kadhai and pudina paratha. service extremely slow inspite... read more We stay in the hotel and have decided to taste this restaurant for dinner. we ordered dal makhni, veg kadhai and pudina paratha. service extremely slow inspite from not too many people. eating was ok. pudina paratha was boiled under. we thought of the order of gulab jamun. it was not to say that they were especially hot to serve, it was at room temperature. also served after min. that is not recommended. not worth money.

I am just indiffer... read more The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference. This is exactly what I feel for this place. I don't love it but I don't hate it either. I am just indifferent about it. The food does not arouse any good or bad feeling inside you. It's just about mediocre. I have tried their buffet many a times but it always left me with the same feeling, indifference. The ambience and decor are exquisite. But service is pretty clueless. So even though you are paying for a superior experience, both food as well as the service give you absolutely no reason to feel anything but indifference about your visit. This place could be in top three places in Nashik if they just put some soul into their food and service.

The food quality is ok. The service is bad and the managenent is absouletely irresposible. We ordered pure veg and were served with non veg saying its veg. When we asked them we want to speak to the GM we were told that he is not available where as he was actually there all the time but didnt bother to come and talk to us. Their only solution was to wave off for one buffet which is not the solution. I advice them to change the management and to employ a GM who can handel responsibilty and not hide.
