I just don't car... read more The opposite of love is not hate, but indifference. That's exactly what I feel about this place. I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. I just don't care. Eating doesn't make you feel good or bad. It's just mediocre. I've tried their buffet many times, but it always left me with the same feeling, indifference. The ambience and furnishings are exquisite. But the service is pretty clueless. While you are paying for a superior experience, both the food and service give you absolutely no reason to feel anything but indifference about your visit. This place could be in the top three in Nashik if only they put some soul into their food and service.

When we asked her if we would like to speak to the GM, we were told that he is not available as he was actually there the whole time but didn't bother to come over and talk to us. Their only solution was to wave for a buffet, which is not the solution. I advise them to change management and employ a GM who can take responsibility and cannot hide.

We stay in the hotel and have decided to taste this restaurant for dinner. we ordered dal makhni, veg kadhai and pudina paratha. service extremely slow inspite... read more We stay in the hotel and have decided to taste this restaurant for dinner. we ordered dal makhni, veg kadhai and pudina paratha. service extremely slow inspite from not too many people. eating was ok. pudina paratha was boiled under. we thought of the order of gulab jamun. it was not to say that they were especially hot to serve, it was at room temperature. also served after min. that is not recommended. not worth money.
