The barista has over 15 years of experience, which really shows in the quality of the coffee. I traveled from Brisbane for my niece’s wedding and ordered my usual latte. It had a perfect crema, a medium bitterness, and the milk texture was just right. The flavor was fantastic, though it could have been a bit hotter—maybe about 4 degrees more. My mom ordered her typical half-strength skinny cappuccino with two sugars, and she absolutely loved it. The price was $8.50.
