Do not miss this gem of a restaurant (this review is for the restaurant only, since this is where we ate). The presentation is spectacular, and the flavor combinations are truly inspired. Federico is a very talented chef who has brought his global experience back to his home country and applied it to local ingredients to create an amazing experience. My husband and I brought two friends who are foodies, and they declared it to be among the best dining experiences they've had, rivalling Michelin-starred and world-famous restaurants. Buon appetito!
