We were visiting narni for a few days and we ate to the seabed several times also because guests to the rooms of the lily, 'referable to the same property. we f... read more We were visiting narni for a few days and we ate to the seabed several times also because guests to the rooms of the lily, 'referable to the same property. we found an efficient, courteous and timely service. the children of the seabed have always been very kind and ready to receive our requests with a smile. the local is also frequented by many natives who denote the estimate of the same fellow citizens. the menu consists of typical dishes of Umbrian land: but there are also different and sophisticated gastronomic solutions. raw material is treated with skill, the dishes are quality and well packaged. everything is managed with care and dedication. prices are average and completely adequate. strongly recommended!

Do not miss this gem of a restaurant (this review is for the restaurant only, since this is where we ate). The presentation is spectacular, and the flavor combinations are truly inspired. Federico is a very talented chef who has brought his global experience back to his home country and applied it to local ingredients to create an amazing experience. My husband and I brought two friends who are foodies, and they declared it to be among the best dining experiences they've had, rivalling Michelin-starred and world-famous restaurants. Breakfasts range from cold cuts and cheeses to outstanding homemade pastries and Italian beverages. The lunch and dinner menu consists of local favorites, as well as international food. I have eaten most everything on the menu. The steak is as good as any that I have had in the United States. The local dishes are outstanding as well. Just the other night, I ate the faraone alla leccarda. It consists of roasted guinea hen topped with a wonderful liver sauce. It was indescribably delicious. The most prominent thing about this restaurant is the wait staff. They are extremely helpful, friendly, and want to make your stay a pleasant one. If you come to visit Narni, this is restaurant worth the time to visit.
