He brought a seafood taster.... read more Be one of the best restaurants in the city. I discussed the menu with the server, explained that I couldn't eat gluten or seafood. He brought a seafood taster. The main dish must have been returned twice as it contained gluten. What finally happened was no resemblance to what I ordered, it was mostly a purée of peas! for dessert, I was presented with a green peas mousse! a complete waste of money and a waste of food.

The list of wines is strictly selected. The kitchen was perfect and the formation of spectacular dishes. A real boss is in the furnaces.
