We pulled a stool and were able to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the market by browsing the menu. the service was excellent and about ten minutes later, we received two plates filled with the best pins I've ever had. We were able to watch the chef prepare and cook the dishes of the guests, including the steak tartare de brave soul - raw horse meat with a raw egg served on the top!

I enjoyed the horse tartar from ant - not only because eating horse is a finger for my compatriots at home. We have already had many different types of tartars (the strangest being wallaby and alpaca). The horse tartar at the ant was very good. There was a hint of game that made it more interesting than beef or calf, but not so cheerful to make it unpleasant when it was eaten raw. I couldn't try the wine from the house because I was driving (I ended up undergoing a breath test by the police). I didn't expect that at ant's place to have such a good atmosphere and such a good atmosphere! We were there on a Saturday. the restaurant was filled with premises and clearly had a loyal clientele.
