We came here for a coffee a morning and could understand the menu, so we thought we'd come back. It was a mistake when we arrived at lunch, the place was full. So the next day we went early to book but it was complete. We have a place for Saturday. They have large tables and seats around the bar. We sat at the bar and it was like watching a show. a lady cooked in a corner and another was doing barmaid stuff and turning the dishwasher. they also had a guy who worked on the tables and ordered food to cook elsewhere in the market. . the food was fresh and very good I had liver and my wife had ham and eggs. Both were good. people kept coming to the kitchen to deliver the products or in a case take a bottle of wine and four glasses. owner or thief we didn't know. one of the girls spoke very well English and although they were all very busy, they were very nice to us. Good food and real theater.

We went to eat after les halles, but found much more. we have selected central on the basis of smiling faces, many native, clean look and cheap menu. first we j... read more We went to eat after les halles, but found much more. we have selected central on the basis of smiling faces, many native, clean look and cheap menu. first we just wanted a glass of wine, but it turned around a great lunch three days in order. highly recommended for fresh, local and tasty eating. the rosè was particularly good. they can't go wrong with nothing in the menu.

I have a second home here, and I am several times the week in the central bar for drinks or lunch. steph the owner is a big guy, and his employees of joanna, chris and lily are amazing with wonderful service. if they are ever in narbonne and in les halles, stop them!
