We have had good food and service at this restaurant in the past. Today we called in a large order for a Mother's Day dinner for our family of six, within the requested time frame. Our order was abruptly declined. When I called, the staff member, who was not very apologetic or kind, informed me that further orders were being declined because of a backlog. I would think that a popular local restaurant like this would ensure enough staff and supplies to cover extra orders on holidays. We were disappointed and surprised, and took our large order elsewhere.

Waitstaff is wonderful. Nourishing and charming. Recommend for lunch. Can get crazy busy and loud at dinner. And a little expensive for what it is. Love the Coco noodles.

Food great, ambiance great. Service- the worst. Menus only on iPhone, you have to order on their poorly setup menu. Ordering is impossible,asked waiter for help, bad attitude. 20 tip automatically added to bill, no matter how bad the service is. Will never return or recommend. Used to be great, sad.

I have never before given a one star review. Even with post-Covid indulgence, this restaurant deserves no stars. Initially rejecting our reservation although shown email confirmation, this restaurant experience descended to new lows below the basement. The greeter initially refused to seat us. The appetizer of vegetable dumplings arrived barely warm. The entree of salmon was tiny sized, cold and overcooked. The vegetables comprised a tasteless medley of carrots, cucumbers, ginger strips, and beans which were indistinguishable and thawed from frozen packaging. Our party was spared dessert because there were no desert offerings. Save your money and avoid this restaurant.

I ordered online a dish that I asked to be 1-Mildly Spicy, the 2nd of 7 levels. The dish was quite spicy, and when I returned to tell them about it the following day, I was told it was my fault, I should have ordered it Non-spicy. Later in the day I got this text from them, telling me not to return to their restaurant. With that attitude, I SURELY WON 'T. The food was very good, but the response was inexcusable. They did agree, however, to refund the cost of the entree. Hello, this is Coco Thai Bistro. We are messaging you because there was an incident regarding your order. A Ginger Mushroom was ordered, and a Spicy level 1 was requested. We made per your request. It was not the restaurant 's fault the dish was spicy. A non-spicy level was available and could also have been specified in the comment as well. We are happy to refund you. However, we ask that you no longer return to our establishment.
