I ordered the Beef and Chicken Pho a... read more We visited for Mother's Day. Although we didn't have a reservation the wait staff were very accomodating to our party of 6. I ordered the Beef and Chicken Pho and it was quick, tasty and good value. The surroundings were no frills but the place was clean and the condiments bar was varied and plentiful.

I made my lead for the suppe. I see it has noodles in it. I'll take it back. you take it. the woman is bringing my suppe out. the back has taken out the inflatable from the suppe and replaced by the reisnudels in the same suppe. I ask the woman if it is the same suppe as before, she says. I'm telling her I can't eat the egg noodle and now the eggnog in the suppe. I have starved. I'll tell her I'll get a refund. She tells me that's a thing. I tell her I'm not allergic. I can't eat the noodles. I get a refund. the man has good service. the woman sent haste and slightly rude maniac. the woman manager from the back (I can see her) is not happy as you can see on her face. bad experience. I just wanted a suppe with reisnudel (as I always get from this restaurant without hassle) it is not difficult to make.

My husband mentio... read more Had a craving for Vietnamese, and my usual choice would be Cafe O-Mai, but since moving to the Northside I am having to explore other options. My husband mentioned this place so decided to give it a go. I ordered my usual traditional banh mi, with ginger buzz ice tea. Hubby ordered the crackling pork belly banh mi. The ice tea was amazing! Perfect mix of mint, ginger and lemon. Delicious! The banh mi was good. Generous portion with good flavor. However I still believe Cafe O-Mai does better, but I wouldn't NOT have this again. My husband absolutely loved his roll and said it was BETTER than Cafe O-Mai. Maybe next time I will try the pho, and judge that. But so far I would recommend but I...read more
