The Groove Train - Narangba
The Groove Train
Description
A comprehensive review of a restaurant in North Lakes reveals a mix of experiences. Some diners were highly disappointed with their meals, citing issues such as lack of flavor, oily dishes, and gristly meat. The service also received criticism, with slow response times noted in some instances. However, there were positive highlights as well, with guests praising the fresh salads, large portions, friendly staff, and delicious food items like the Butter Chicken and burgers. While some felt the prices were a bit high for the overall experience, others found the food to be well-cooked and reasonably priced. Overall, the restaurant seems to have a mixture of strengths and weaknesses, providing a varied dining experience for patrons.

Went for lunch Saturday. We all ordered burgers they were dry, over cooked and tasteless. The chips were dry and oily, really disappointing. Won't be back. It also took nearly 45 minutes for food to arrive and it wasn't even busy.
Mediocre. I agree with previous posts, food is nothing to rave about. Service was pretty good. Food came out in a reasonable time. Coffee were good. Decor was nice. Personally would not come here again but it wasn't terrible. tasteslikeregret.wordpress.com
This was the worst meal Ive had in a long time. Was supposed to be a Red Thai seafood curry but it was most mung bean sprouts! The red curry had no spice and was extremely oily with puddles of grease that the rice and mung beans were floating in. Ive been to Groove train in the city and the food was great but North Lajes, what are you doing. Disgusting!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and it was great to see a dedicated vegan menu available.
