The fruit is fresh and the menu is great. Has a great atmosphere and even a sections for children. Tables offer cute games for all ages. Service is quick and friendly. Just love it

Our Favourite bowls-Peanut butter and Pink Pitaya highly recommended. We love our bowls packed full of fruit and goodness. What makes them is the Granola which is very tasty. The owner Bill is a lovely guy & always making sure Customer service is paramount. xxx

The food here is great and quite healthy. I was so disappointed with the service. I waited 20mins for an acai bowl with no one else in the shop and the owner says he can't afford to pay good staff. Sorry but your Product is great but because of your service I can't and won't recommend. Also you putting down competition when a customer complains puts anyone off. I wish you well but so many competitors with similar products, better service and prices may show you up. I wish you well

I'm from Melbourne I came to Cupped Up while staying with friends in North Lakes, by far the best quality Acai I have ever had. The granola is super crunchy and the fruit super fresh. I also tried one of the cold pressed juices and it was absolutely delicious. Service is great the girls at the counter are bubbly and really informative. The owner was awesome to talk to and holds a very high standard of his business. I will definitely be back as soon as I'm in Brisbane again.

A quality product does no excuse a lack of customer service and a 15-20 minute wait for two smoothies on a day with three other customers. We were met by an unenthusiastic server in a trite and lifeless shopfront with a confusing layout that leaves you feeling disconnected from the product you're paying good money for and the people making it. A high energy healthy product should have energy and excitement attached to it. Cupped up has the potential to be a great hang out if only it was a more genuine experience.
