Little Corner Cafe - Brisbane

I celebrated my birthday with breakfast at this restaurant last Wednesday. The location is very noticeable on a corner block. I decided to have my meal inside instead of the outdoor seating area. Unfortunately, they do not serve poached eggs so I ordered scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and a flat white coffee. The coffee, brewed by Genovese, was presented nicely and had good strength, which I appreciated. The scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. I think the presentation would be even better if the savory dish was served on a larger plate. If they were a bit more generous with the smoked salmon portion, they would deserve a full mark. Overall, I rate this restaurant 4.5 out of 5.

Relaxed yet excellent. This charming café in the neighborhood serves up delicious coffee and a tasty breakfast menu. Though small, the tables are quick to turnover.

In three words: mushrooms on toast. I can't speak to the other dishes on the menu because I always end up ordering their field mushrooms every time I visit. I've attempted to choose something different, but when I reach the counter, field mushrooms are the only thing my soul can think of. They are simply delicious. The coffee is consistently good, not mind-blowing, but I have never had a bad latte there. The Little Corner Cafe has become my favorite spot for brunch.

Old faithful. Little corner is our local cafe that never fails to disappoint. A simple and traditional breakfast menu with the hidden surprise of flavour. The specials board always has something new and enticing and the service is fantastic. Get there early for a good seat on a weekend

Amazing coffee, great food at very reasonable prices and a really lovely atmosphere! Highly recommended. Menu is expansive and caters to lots of dietary needs and the staff are great! They Make you feel very comfortable. Will definetly be returning!
