Fun in the bar with Trivia on Wednesday night and dining on a great steak (20% off Wed) Right on the main street in Town and closest pub to the Showground RV site. Cheers Service: 4
Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic, Great value
When I made a reservation at this restaurant, I expected my table to be held, but that wasn’t the case. We walked in and were seated, but by the time we got up to place our order, another group arrived. The cashier told them they could "sit anywhere," which unknowingly led them to take our table, forcing us to relocate. You wouldn't see that happen in Adelaide! Fortunately, it's Naracoorte, and I didn’t want to make a fuss, but it’s common for businesses to assign tables when there are bookings.
I spent four nights there and had a wonderful time. The accommodation and meals were excellent, offering great value as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiz night on Wednesday—we came in second place and won two out of the three mystery prizes. The Mad Tourists emerged victorious! The locals were very supportive and friendly, even with our wins! Overall, I would rate the service a 5.
We stayed here with two children and recommend it. The rooms were of generous size and very comfy beds. Very well stocked tea and coffees with extra milks and water bottles. It had a microwave and little extras. The room had a glass door that also went out to a fenced grass area where my kids played cricket. Across the car park was a beautiful dining area at the Hotel. The Hotel served us 2 steaks plus two kids meals dessert and drinks included for $48(was mid week). Def will return.

The room was fine, and the location was good. I would rate the room a 3, the service a 3, and the location a 4.

This week's featured pizza is the Meat Lovers Superior. It comes with a delicious napolitano sauce, loaded with salami, pepperoni, ham, beef, chicken, and bacon, all topped with gooey cheese and drizzled with BBQ sauce.
The staff were friendly and efficient, but unfortunately, the meals weren't as good as we had experienced during our last visit. It was disappointing, especially since we were catching up with friends from Adelaide who won’t be recommending the restaurant to others. On the plus side, the service was rated a 4, and the hotel was nice and quiet.
