arrived at the restaurant without reservation, they tell us that there was immediate availability of an internal table. While waiting for the preparation, we sit on the sofas at the entrance and they hold us there for half an hour for I don’t know what reason. We had a lovely dinner here yesterday! We booked lastminute but got the best seats at the chef’s table and we enjoyed it a lot! The chef (we believe her name was Angela) was amazing and so impressive. The way she cooked and how she kept everything in the kitchen under control was great to watch. They change their menu daily! On top of that the food was really amazing and it was also no problem to create a vegetarian dish for me. Flavor presentation were great as well as the service and the wine.

A Scottish and naturalist engineer (john muir) said that in every walk in nature man receives much more than he seeks. a customer of this place can also say that, to call it a restaurant or local, it would decrease its concrete essence of sharing space: every meal consumed in this place is much more than a meal. is an experience of concrete and natural flavors, fruit of the passion and kindness of the owners. young, educated, not devoid of leash and brio, courage and high professionalism in the choice of wines and raw materials used to make goose dishes, sustainable culinary paths but without ornaments, without absolute but full of character, originality and authenticity. the proposal of food and wine varies from day to day according to seasonality, freshness or novelties discovered by those who take care of the purchase of fresh products that make up the basis of the menu. worthy of note the goto of excellent oil, accompanied by a delicious bread. the natural is declined with brio by the chefs, young people of the highest level and training. the wine card deserves more than a visit. informal, elegant and relaxing environment. interesting prices and in line with the high quality proposed. really nice room management. possibility to take away with a nice proposal also of sandwiches. also the aperitif time promises well with a selection of natural wine both in bottle and glass.
