Wendy's - Naples

Worst wendys in Naples. Staff doesnt care and it all falls back on the manager ! How do you let food orders go out with missing items ? Or old dried up food ? Even after all the reviews saying the same thing. They simply dont care and should all be replaced. Simple

Both the 10pc Spicy Chicken Nuggets and the 10pc Regular Chicken Nuggets were old and dry.

They treated me as family. I will definitely return for more meals in the future. The GM is very kind and the staff follow the same kindness.

Terrible experience!! Food was terrible and the whole ordeal was terrible. When you walk in there is a little area to order from a screen, but no big screen like in most fast food establishments with the menu, with one person to take actual orders if you don't want to use the computers. Also everything is right by the door when you enter the establishment so if more then a cple people it's super croweded. The actual set up for the place was so small and crowded, they did have an outside area and if you dare visit this particular Wendy's I would suggest the outside eating. No cups or lids, had to ask for and the sweet tea was out and when asked about it I was told I cld get it from the fountain machine , not true. Also the buns were definitely old and I don't know what was up with the burgers. Out of 5 of us only 1 liked the food and it made all of us rush to the bathroom as soon as we got home. I used to love Wendy's but this one makes me want to avoid them?

Sadly this is not the Wendys of old that I remember. This Wendy's has had a Help Wanted sign up since they opened. They are slow and short of good help. Food like chicken nuggets and a sloppily thrown together hamburger was too messy to eat.Waiting a long time for the food. Then the Frosty machine had to be refilled so we waited for a frosty. The girls attitude who helped us was positive even though she clearly was doing everything. There were 5 girls working, but they were slooow.The atmosphere wasn't homey but sparce and cold.Please help this location be great. Wendy's products used to be good. Hot and juicy. Even a Frosty you shouldn't mess up.
