The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! A huge thank you to the cooks for their excellent work. Moreover, the woman who assisted us at checkout was very warm and kind. The manager, Crystal, was fantastic, and the service was both polite and laid-back. If you're looking for a classic Waffle House experience, this is definitely a great spot to check out.

When my brother-in-law ordered coffee, he found that his cup was... read more The service was incredibly disappointing. Our server, Crystal, had a very unfriendly demeanor. When my brother-in-law ordered coffee, he found that his cup was dirty on the inside. He politely asked Crystal to replace it, and she responded with a mocking apology before taking the cup away. In her haste, she knocked over the trash bin and carelessly tossed the cup into the sink. I was genuinely surprised it didn't break. Given her rude attitude, we decided not to eat there after all, despite being regular customers. As we were leaving, she had a meltdown, angrily throwing cups into the sink. This was the first time we encountered such poor service.
