The Claw - Naples

We had a waiter who was very abrupt and was not attentive. Our food took two hours to deliver from the order. A gall sent crabcakes back. Dry and cold.

I called last night to complain. I was told the only way I could order stone crabs was by the pound. I later found out I could have ordered 1/2 pound. I told the waiter I only wanted about 4. He said I had to order 1 pound which is 6 or 7. Then my girlfriend wanted Alaskan king crab. He said that she had to be order by the pound but never informed us it was $130 dollars a pound. This is fraud or total deception. Any item that is $130 a pound should be disclosed. He lied to us and then never disclosed the market price. I love the claw bar but this waiter is a thief. My girlfriend was pregnant. We were celebrating her upcoming baby. She was not drinking. He probably wanted to figure out a way to make more money as we were not ordering many drinks. You should be ashamed of how we were treated. I told the waiter I was not happy about him not disclosing the price of the king crab legs. Total thief

Excellent wonderful friendly helpful staff every one of them. Made our birthday dinner/party really special.

An outstanding evening at The London Club! The appetizer, Coconut Curry Mussels, salad, Organic Cauliflower Salad and main entrees, Miso-Glazed Sea Bass and Cavatelli Sausage, were all well prepared and delicious! The evening's music, The Danny Spinoff Trio, was exceptional! We highly recommend The London Club!

Attentive service that did not rush us, yet showed up when we needed them. Allowed lots of space from other guests. Very good food, multiple fans kept the warm Florida air circulating.
