Terrazza - Naples

The service was not appropriate to a Ritz. We waited for the main course for almost 1.5 hours. Octopus pasta was not good and octopus almost cold. Server does not explain the long waiting period, seems very inexperienced for a Ritz hotel at least servers do not calculate the food we returned and offered a second dish free There are many beautiful restaurants in Naples, would not recommend wasting time in the Terrazza

The Italian Christmas buffet was exceptional! The duck prosciutto and locally carved Serrano ham were perfect with the whole range of cheese, crackers, grapes, dried fruits, jams, pimples and of course the truffle cheese. There was a table with cold dishes and a beautiful salad bar: the sunset colored beds, multicolored cauliflowers, and roasted sweet peppers as soft as they cut like fruit, were my favorites. A stand for all kinds of bread from croissants to fruitcakes to long sesame crackers. The carving station with honey glass ham stole the show with incredible taste and delicate texture, with roasted large rounds of sweet carrots and fluffy maize bread. Each station was paired with its own sauce, wonderfully cured. A number of warm dishes beautifully displayed in their buffet containers contain absolutely delicate salmon with cereals, the most tender turkey ever, and locally stirred scams and creamy risotto. Finally, the table for dessert with detailed mini Christmas trees, colored candy, all kinds of mini delicacies in forms of Fudge, Jello, cakes and a beautiful sparkling strawberry mousse-like treat. The service for serving on the buffet was excellent, polite and always cheerful. Our personal waiter did not remove our plates as quickly as necessary, but after a gentle memory he was attentive and punctual. That was a holiday dinner to remember.

Very attentive staff and the cook prepared an excellent meal. I ordered the tomatoes Mozzarella, Spaghetti and Tiramisu, which was a perfect end to a magnificent dinning experience.

Classical RItz great and high priced. Enjoyed my stay.

Food was excellent! Good flavor and presentation! Staff was welcoming, kind and courteous. Would highly recommend!
