Rick's Cafe - Naples

Always my favorite Summer vacation spot when visiting Sebago and Naples. The Strawberry daiquiris are my favorite drink of choice. I usually order 4 of them just for myself lol The Food always been good. The Service has always done a great job for the 20 years of coming here seasonally during the warmer season. I just had to leave a review. It's been long over due. See you again in the summer of 2024. My favorite restaurant in the whole area. I've spent alot of time coming here. I even met Stephen King

$80 for two chicken quesadillas, two drinks and a side of fries???? Really???? All before tip as well. Mediocre food for high prices and a decent view of the water. I can’t even comment on the service because there literally is none. From the moment you’re sat at your table the only human interaction you have is someone dropping off food and drinks quickly. If you wanted to essentially DoorDash an okay meal to a table I guess come to Ricks.

I was a little surprised by the ordering system they have here! You do not give your order to your server, it is ALL done electronically from your table. I prefer having more interaction with a server though., So ordering your drinks, appetizers, dinners, everything… is done on your phone at your table. The food and the drinks came out soooo fast, it was almost like they had it ready already it was that fast. BE AWARE THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CASH!!!! They have an ATM available in case you only had cash with you.

First it has become a cashless restaurant- You must be computer literate to scan the menu, pay by CC and order for your self by your cell phone. The food is more like Pub style with Upscale Pricing When using their system, sometimes it works and then sometimes it doesn't. The food quality was not good with my fried fish my wife's Nachos. No Clams Or scallops any more everything is Fried.

I miss pre-pandemic Rick 's. I really do not like that the only way to order is via QR code menu ordering. The hostess seats you, but we didn 't see a waitress until we placed our order. We tried to order on each of our phones, for one tab, but the system wouldn 't allow it, so we passed one phone around to order that way. It 's also the only way to pay, as cash is not accepted. 18% gratuity is included on all bills/tabs. Our waitress was incredibly sweet attentive once we ordered thru the system. The patio is dog friendly she did bring a bowl of water out for my dog. A few other members of the staff also came out to say hello to Daisy. I miss some of the dishes they used to offer, it 's more pub food now. The view is the best part.
