Despite these draw... read more The restaurant could use some upkeep, and the service from the staff was rather slow. My coffee arrived lukewarm, and they were out of honey. Despite these drawbacks, I intend to continue visiting, though I’ve noticed the quality seems to be slipping over time.

I typically order the same meal: the Pick 2 option with broccoli cheddar soup and a toasted BLT. I always ask for my bread to be toasted, and they usually oblige. However, during my visit today, I was informed that my bread couldn't be toasted, and the staff member preparing my food was quite firm about it. When I asked why the bread couldn’t be toasted, she told me that they never toast any bread at this location. I was really disappointed.

I decided to stop by because I had never tried Panera before, and now I'm hooked! The mac and cheese and brownies are incredible. The service is top-notch! As a restaurant manager myself, I can tell that this team is very proactive. The place is always clean, and everything is consistently restocked. It's beautiful—keep up the great work!

I would have rated this place higher, but I noticed tha... read more The food was good and the place was clean. I ordered the tuna sandwich and a strawberry banana smoothie. I would have rated this place higher, but I noticed that one of the workers did not wear gloves and treated food. Since I also saw her, she also adapted her mask while she placed the plates of food, which she could transfer to food on her mask.
