The restaurant could use some upkeep, and the service from the staff was rather slow. My coffee arrived lukewarm, and they were out of honey. Despite these drawbacks, I intend to continue visiting, though I’ve noticed the quality seems to be slipping over time.
This is my second time visiting this location, although I’m a regular at Panera in Fort Myers. I typically order the same meal: the Pick 2 option with broccoli cheddar soup and a toasted BLT. I always ask for my bread to be toasted, and they usually oblige. However, during my visit today, I was informed that my bread couldn't be toasted, and the staff member preparing my food was quite firm about it. When I asked why the bread couldn’t be toasted, she told me that they never toast any bread at this location. I was really disappointed.
The staff here is fantastic! I absolutely love Londyn and Skye; they are always so helpful and great at making recommendations. I decided to stop by because I had never tried Panera before, and now I'm hooked! The mac and cheese and brownies are incredible. The service is top-notch! As a restaurant manager myself, I can tell that this team is very proactive. The place is always clean, and everything is consistently restocked. It's beautiful—keep up the great work!
I just ordered my lunch and paid for a drink that I never received. The soup was cold, and I'm really disappointed with Panera. The quality of both the service and the food has dropped significantly. Overall, I feel very let down.
The food was good and the place was clean. I ordered the tuna sandwich and a strawberry banana smoothie. I would have rated this place higher, but I noticed that one of the workers did not wear gloves and treated food. Since I also saw her, she also adapted her mask while she placed the plates of food, which she could transfer to food on her mask.
