Tiffany, as usual, was excellent. However, the wait staff forgot one appetizer which was ready after our entry was served didn't accept it! Other than that, a fine enjoyable experience with good friends and food.
What a great meal. Sit at the chef's bar and watch all the great meals prepared. The tapas plates were great. The sliders and the Lambskewers were cooked for perfection. I highly recommend this place. Save space for the coconut carmel bread pudding. To die. Reserve today. Great friendly staff and the boss made some good recommendations. What are you waiting for?
This was our first time in LaMoraga. We had friends with us who like an early dinner, so our first surprise was all reduced by 25%. The food was just delicious. Manny was our server and he was very good. The whole experience was great.
Our service was terrific! The food is fresh and wonderfully prepared. Our five friends had never been to your restaurant and all were very impressed!
Food and drinks were very good. Our server was great too. Our disappointing experience started when two out of four of us had the $15 up-charge lobster tail with the seafood paella and one arrived as a nice sized piece of lobster and mine was a flimsy small piece. I mentioned it and showed it to the waiter before I started to eat. He said he would talk to the chef. 15+ minutes later a manager came by. She was quite rude and dismissive and clearly didn’t believe me. We had eaten about half our food by then and she had the gall to say we should have waited for her to come by (15 minutes!! . The waiter came by 5 minutes later with a new tail but I was already done with my meal…the manager said “oh you got them another one” which indicated to me that she wasn’t part of this service recovery. The waiter was great but the manager did the opposite of her job by making matters and the experience worse. They should have just not charged me for the lobster. As we were leaving my wife said to me, there are too many good restaurants in Naples to have to come back here again. Poor attitudes never win in the hospitality business.
