Einstein Bros. Bagels - Feedback

I really enjoy their breakfast bagel sandwich, and I usually order a tub of their veggie cream cheese since it’s the only place where I can find it.

Neither sandwich resembled the description or the photos! They were cold, soggy, and completely flavorless. It was by far the worst food I've ever overpaid for....

I didn't receive my orange juice, the apple pie pastry was missing, and the egg sandwich wasn't made thin as requested.

Bagels were great but received a muffin instead of Cinnamon Bliss Roll and did not receive orange juices.
