Great customer service, the manager I need to give a special thanks for the smile and greeting. I wish many of the Naples restaurants IE: Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's employees follow their lead. I had the Smokehouse breakfast sandwich. OMG delicious. My wife had the delicious Turkey sandwich, and she said it was also delicious We're coming back. View all feedback.

Neither sandwich was anything like the description or the photos! was cold, soggy, and tasteless, NO Flavor at all! BY far the worst food that I have ever over paid for. This order cost me over $30, we should be paid $30 for just having to eat it! View all feedback.
I really enjoy their breakfast bagel sandwich, and I usually order a tub of their veggie cream cheese since it’s the only place where I can find it.
Neither sandwich resembled the description or the photos! They were cold, soggy, and completely flavorless. It was by far the worst food I've ever overpaid for. This order set me back over $30, and honestly, we should be compensated that amount just for having to eat it!
I didn't receive my orange juice, the apple pie pastry was missing, and the egg sandwich wasn't made thin as requested.
Bagels were great but received a muffin instead of Cinnamon Bliss Roll and did not receive orange juices.
We have Bagels here in the morning and it was a pleasant experience. Your pumpkin bagel is deliciously high-resolution! Nice to have now with the season and a great start to the day morning! Service could be better!
