The first time I asked about the ingredients, such as whether they use chicken, pork, or animal broth in their beef or rice dishes. The staff was unable to provide a clear answer and had to go to the kitchen to confirm that they were not sure. In other locations, the staff seems to be more knowledgeable, but this particular restaurant lacked clarity about their ingredients. During this visit, I inquired about gluten-free options and was simply told that I could order a bowl. When I asked if their ingredients contained flour or gluten, I once again received a blank stare and an unsure response. I enjoy Chipotle, but this place could benefit from more thorough training on their menu items.

During my first visit, I inquired about the ingredients used in their dishes, such as whether they use chicken, beef, or animal broth in their beans or rice. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to provide clear answers and eventually informed me that they were not sure. In contrast, other locations of this restaurant chain have knowledgeable staff, but this particular location seems to lack clarity regarding their ingredients. During my most recent visit, I asked about gluten-free options and was simply told I could order a bowl. When I further inquired about whether their ingredients contain flour or gluten, I received vague responses and was told "Dunno." Despite my appreciation for Chipotle, I believe this location could benefit from more thorough training on the food they serve.

I always buy through the app and they serve well but when I go in person like today and other days it is different! Since they have a station for those who order takeout and another for those who go to the store! And if you ask the woman who speaks Spanish why they serve you so little! Gets upset! She believes that in this country you can't complain! Inform your screaming employee that in this country you can sue if the consumer doesn't get what they are paying for!! Your duty is to listen to the customer, not fight! And even more so if the customer is being friendly and is a frequent consumer!
