Reviews - Bites
Reviews summary
The restaurant, formerly known as Bites, has undergone a transformation into an Italian dining concept amidst ongoing hotel renovations. While the cocktails and appetizers receive praise for their creativity and flavor, the Italian main courses tend to fall short of expectations. The vibrant ambiance is enhanced by live music, although some find the lobby setting challenging for conversation. While it retains a luxurious feel, patrons note the high prices may not match the overall dining experience. Despite the changes, it remains a popular spot for a light snack or drink, particularly for its lively atmosphere.

Actually renamed lobby Cafe. Modeled after terraza which is currently closed. Food is delicious, service great and good for people watching in lobby. Very pricey though, but it's the ritz so what do you expect? You also have great live music startingat 6 pm. Chris was the best on piano. Recommend it.

Very, very, very disappointed.... Why??? It wasn't Bites!!! It was a different restaurant with a different menu!!! No notification that it was a different restaurant... I should have been notified by OPEN TABLE!!! Or The Ritz... Not a happy camper...will not be going back!!
Everything was very good but we were disappointed in the menu. Having experienced the Bites menu over the years we we disappointed at the new menu.
Why is this place called Bites? We were expecting a casual appetizer-style dining experience, given the name, but instead found a dinner menu with high prices for everything. The service was also quite slow; it took over 20 minutes to receive our cocktails.
Delicious food and incredibly attentive staff! The music and atmosphere were enjoyable too!

The appetizers and drinks are fantastic! However, the main courses leave much to be desired. I probably wouldn't come back for a full meal, but it's a great spot for cocktails and a light snack!
I made a reservation at Bites, only to discover that it's no longer there and the lobby café has been transformed into a different concept as part of the hotel renovation. Now, it offers Italian cuisine. I was very disappointed that this change wasn't mentioned during the reservation process. We decided to stay and try the new menu, but it was nowhere near as creative or delicious as what Bites used to offer. The Italian dishes were lackluster and not very impressive. Also, there was music playing in the lobby, which sometimes made it difficult to have a conversation. We enjoyed Bites many times before, and I will definitely miss it!
I visited this place for dessert and drinks, and both were outstanding. The peanut butter bars were particularly impressive, topped with gold flecks. They were a big hit!
Great place for appetizers, great service and ambiance The ceviche can be a little better but other than that all of the appetizers were delicious
On a recent Sunday evening, after watching the sunset, we stopped by the lobby lounge for a drink. Didn't expect to stay too long. The ambiance was relaxed and very comfortable. We were especially drawn in by the live music, a young guitarist and singer who were just perfect, because they were so good, we didn't want to leave. We discovered the best hidden gem in Naples!
