**Dining Experience Review: A Feast with Flavors and Flaws**
This restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. While prompt service and strong drink options are consistent highlights, the culinary offerings vary significantly in quality. Guests have noted issues with dietary accommodations and food preparation, particularly with the burgers and appetizers, often representing corporate-style cuisine rather than gourmet meals. Cleanliness varies, especially in restrooms, which detracted from some diners' enjoyment. However, appealing promotions and the bustling atmosphere often redeem the experience, attracting visitors looking for affordability and convenience. Overall, while the restaurant has potential, diners are advised to manage expectations regarding food quality and service consistency.

✨ Wait Time: 5/5 ✨ Customer Service: 5/5 ✨ Cleanliness: 4/5 ✨ Food: 3/5 ✨ Cost: 4/5 As always, the service was prompt, and the food arrived quickly. However, I was disappointed with the Whiskey burger this time. Typically, Applebee's delivers great food, but today I found it lacking. Overall, I've had better experiences here.
Great food, great prices, staff was very nice and considerate. Restaurant was clean and well maintained.
I wouldn't exactly say I was thrilled by the experience. The service and drinks were good, but the food was definitely a letdown. You can find excellent food at quality restaurants, and then there's a step down to corporate bar food, which can sometimes be decent if you're in the right spot. Unfortunately, this place serves typical corporate bar food that just doesn't hit the mark. We ordered the four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders and the clubhouse grill sandwich, and both were quite underwhelming. The fries served with the sandwich were soggy, clearly having sat under the heat lamp for far too long, and the bread was damp. The chicken on the pasta was tough, resembling small, hard logs. This is just my opinion, but I'd recommend spending an extra $10 or $15 to dine elsewhere.
This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but our recent visit was very disappointing. We waited 20 minutes for tables to be cleared, and during that time, not a single server approached us to take our drink order. Once the tables were finally cleared, we waited an additional five minutes for someone to check on us, but still no one came. I eventually had to ask if there were any waitstaff available, and a young man went to fetch a waitress. When she finally arrived, she simply said she would be with us shortly and then walked away. Before that, we noticed she was chatting and joking with another waitress at the register for about 5-10 minutes, completely ignoring us. It's simply unacceptable to leave us sitting there for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment.
I don't often give five-star ratings, but this place almost earned it. Unfortunately, the older gentleman serving as a waiter wasn't great. On the bright side, we met Riley at the bar, and he was fantastic! We left him a generous tip because the food was delicious, and his drinks were perfect. We had a wonderful time, and Riley really made the experience special. If the restaurant could replace the older, unmotivated waiters who seem lazy, rude, and even racist, it would be a much better place.
