I went here expecting nothing fancy since hey its Applebee's right? The place stunk like a dirty bar rag. The toilet in the mens room was overflowing and obviously someone just used it. The waitstaff seemed too concerned about being on their phone then doing any kind of work.
I don't often give five-star ratings, but this place almost earned it. Unfortunately, the older gentleman serving as a waiter wasn't great. On the bright side, we met Riley at the bar, and he was fantastic! We left him a generous tip because the food was delicious, and his drinks were perfect. We had a wonderful time, and Riley really made the experience special. If the restaurant could replace the older, unmotivated waiters who seem lazy, rude, and even racist, it would be a much better place.
We have been going here for a few years. We have always had good service and good food. I read the other reviews about the smell but didn't notice anything last night. I usually get the chicken and shrimp dinner and my husband the hamburger. Great deals for 2 entrees for 29.00 plus appetizer. Wine is a BOGO!

However, I was disappointed with the Whiskey burger this time. Typically, Applebee's delivers great food, but today I found it lacking. Overall, I've had better experiences here.
Great food, great prices, staff was very nice and considerate. Restaurant was clean and well maintained.
