The beef bourguignon... read more We’ve had many enjoyable dinners at Alexanders, but unfortunately, our most recent visit on Tuesday for early dining left us disappointed. The beef bourguignon was not as good as in our previous experiences. The portion of beef was smaller, there was less gravy, and it wasn't as tender. There were no pearl onions, and a small disk of mashed potato accompanied the dish, which I don't remember having before. It simply wasn't the same. Perhaps it was due to it being the last two weeks of their season.

Our server was awful, the food lacked any flavor, and when we asked to speak with the owner, she came over and started yelling at us. She slammed the bread basket on the table, insisting that it was the best restaurant in the area and that we just needed to accept it. She mentioned that she was working over 14 hours a day and didn’t want to hear our concerns. So, if you’re reading this review, my advice is to avoid this place.
