My nice little 67 year old wife went into this store on 3rd street s... read more Nice little store right in Old Naples that is in dire need of cashiers that aren?t psychos. My nice little 67 year old wife went into this store on 3rd street south and came out shaking, scared and very upset after being screamed at and berated by a cashier who is a younger guy with a pony tail. This guy is absolutely out of line and should not be working at this store. There is something very wrong with him and I do not know why or how he is able to keep a job there. Takenote manager. All the other cashiers have been fine. But beware of the younger blond haired guy with a ponytail?.very disturbed and threatening. Watch out. (This incident was totally unprovoked by my wife. She is a retired kindergartenteacher)

I often visit in the mornings and always notice the staff smiling.

The older guy with the beard (worked on tuesday around 2:30pm) doesn't care about customers and doesn't know what good customer service is. I wanted to buy several slices of pizza and kindly asked him several times whichslices I wanted. at first he ignored me and then he said that all of them are the same. I kept being calm and nice. heeventually became very unpolite and rude. I will never ever buy anything there again!
