From the cauliflower steak to the creamy provola cheese with broccoli rabe sorbet, the quality remains consistent from start to finish. The food is good, with technique and precision, but without losing its connection to Campanian tradition. The wine cellar around 450 labels) is also very interesting, with a selection that highlights Campania but also looks beyond, especially to France. The service is attentive, measured, and never intrusive. The location, on Via Santa Brigida, is strategic: between Maschio Angioino, Piazza Municipio, and Via Toledo. The atmosphere is elegant yet convivial, spread across two levels. Chef Francesco Petito transforms select ingredients into authentic emotions, with refined yet sincere cuisine, capable of surprising without ever losing its elegance and identity. Attentive service, a welcoming atmosphere, and an attention to detail that makes every moment special.
