Tcby - Naperville

I had a disappointing experience. There were no toppings available, and my server was distracted on his phone. The place felt empty, and when I asked for a refill on the toppings, he simply said no.

When we first walked in, it was very hot inside. There were two workers, and one stared at us and did not acknowledge us either. The place was disgusting with food, yogurt, and sauces strewn all over all surfaces. If you want frozen yogurt, please go to Yogurt Beach instead. It is only 5 minutes down the road and is uncomparably better.

Horrible place. Avoid it at all costs. We walked in the door and got the immediate whiff of a sewage smell. The guy at the counter never recognized us when we walked in as he was too busy focusing on his laptop. The only time he looked up was when we paid. Never thanks for coming nothing. We decided not to eat in store as the place not only smelled but we dirty floor, tables, chairs the sofa looked worn and gross. We sat in our car and within 5 minutes, watched as the only employee (laptop guy) put in his coat, flipped the sign to closed, locked the door and rode away on his bike! It was 6pm and the store sign says it was open until 9pm. Not true. He left with all the toppings uncovered. Not sanitary. A few customers tried entering after he left but could not. The place needs a health department inspection and new management.

I feel as if this tcby is not taken care of. Very dirty and sticky. A bit warm inside. And the toppings where not replenished. Some looked gross and wet like the chocolate turtles. Doesnt look like the containers get washed.

Small cup of froyo and I'm $8.35 poorer. Yowza it's expensive!
