Taco Fresco - Feedback

What User likes about Taco Fresco:
I was looking for Mexican food and stumbled upon this restaurant. It was my first visit and I immediately liked the atmosphere. The restaurant is clean, bright, and the interior design is appealing, especially the artwork on the walls. They have a large menu with many options, but I decided to try the tacos. I couldn't believe that they won't let me add to a taco (eg replace the beans with tears or add gurkens) because these weren't elements that go per menu description. but it was ok to remove elements. I've never been to a place where they don't let their tacos build as they want it when they've done it. the others simply invite for the elements they want to add (worst case.)
