What User doesn't like about Shogun Japanese Steakhouse Naperville:
This restaurant is incredibly disorganized and lacks any sense of good customer service. I recommend staying home and preparing your own meal instead. The food is mediocre at best. They may not even honor reservations. View all feedback.

Amazing place for Japanese food lovers. Huge place that can fit around 50 people at a time. Skilled chef, excellent staff, clean grill and great service makes dining experience great. Sharing tables with random people provides good opportunity to knowdifferent people. All the walls of restaurant has picture of thousands of happy customers, that speaks about longevity andhospitality of the place. They have separate chairs for toddlers.
I do not recommend making reservations at this restaurant as they did not accommodate our party of 9 for my birthday. Despite arriving on time, we were told that they could not seat us all together due to another group already occupying a table. As a result, we were split up across the restaurant, with half of my family being served before the other half. This made it difficult for us to enjoy our meal and each other's company as intended. The chef was friendly, but I advise against reservations or bringing a party larger than 4 to avoid being separated from your family.
