Little Caesar's Pizza - Naperville

This restaurant is permanently closed. The sign has been taken down, and I'm not sure why it still appears on Google Maps.

I visited the restaurant on Super Bowl Sunday and was disappointed to find that only two staff members were working. As a result, they were over an hour behind on orders. It was impossible to speak to anyone about when my order might be ready. Additionally, they kept forgetting items from people's orders. The level of professionalism among the employees was very low; at one point, I witnessed an employee swearing at a customer. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I went inside and I tried to change my pizza and they said they couldn’t because it’s was already in the oven…. I understand I order cheese but like 30 second later I went in and asked kindly if she could change it but that was excuse. I was trying to get her attention but she also yelled at me to back up as if I was behind the counter. Worst of all the pizza wasn’t even hot and ready. Never am I ever coming here again!!

Multiple terrible experiences at this location. Was told there were hot and ready pizzas ready to go before I paid and “it’ll be about 10 minutes” after the transaction goes through… 20 minutes waiting, I left without my pizza. Many other frustrated patrons with online orders not fulfilled even though they were sent a message saying that they were ready for pickup. Some even being told that their orders would not be fulfilled at all. Will NEVER return to this location.

What actually is happening here? 8 of us have been waiting over an hour and the staff is legit hiding in the back.
