Jam Rock Bbq Jerk - Naperville

I placed a nice size order of food to try since they?re not many jerk restaurants around. Mac and cheese was orange and sticky, yams tasted more like orange juice than yams with brown sugar, greens were okay, jerk chicken was extremely dry I had it before and it was a little bit juicy but here it?s super dry. Cabbage was okay. Staff was super nice. I would still recommend this place but buy small orders to taste first before buying large orders

I had very high hopes for this place. I'm hoping to one day try the food. They were to open at 11am. Went for lunch and sat in the car for 30 minutes waiting. They never opened. Update: Just as we were pulling out they pulled up. So I decided I waiting all this time. The food was really good. Just don't show up before noon.

If you like southern food and jerk meats, this is for you. The meats were juicy and tender, and well seasoned. Everything had great flavor and was properly cooked. I highly recommend this place. I will add this to my rotation of local restaurants. The service was very pleasant and helpful. This looks like a mom and pop business and the food tastes like your southern mom cooked it.

Ribs tips taste a day old. Tips definitely were not cooked today. We ordered a salmon dinner, as well, but got chicken. Too bad because I had the chicken once before and it was pretty good. Also, who gives customers an end piece of bread?
