First time here and what a blast we had. We had issues with our lane throughout our time there however staff was friendly and helped with any issues we had. Spoke with Mr. Washington, the GM there and he made sure we left happy. Mr. Washington is the definition of exceptional customer service whom went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience there. WILL BE COMING BACK!! View all feedback. Decided to give this place 3 stars because the service was good and staff were very nice. Bathroom also smelled and seemed clean. Besides that, this place feels very worn down. Some of the arcade games just flat out don’t work (ex. It might take your credits and not actually let you play) and the lane scoring system was bugging out quite a bit.
