Stone Brewing Napa

The burger was pretty good but it was not the best burger I have ever had. The best burger I ever had was at Stone Brewery in San Diego. This was not that. I was hoping for the same but a very different experience. Still good though.

Incredibly pathetic customer service. Brought us to the table and said scan the bar code and order. No Wait Staff.

This is a great spot in Napa. The historical location and outside seating are great.

The only option to order is a paperless QR code on line menu. I understand that times have changed due to the pandemic but we could not make the app to work, nobody there to help us, no other option if app would not work, cannot see if order went through, difficult to figure out how to pay and when we got hold of the server to ask how to order, we got the response ‘everything works on the app’. Considering that the place has no parking, all the more that is frustrating that you will encounter the worst customer service there is in Napa. This place was in my bucket list since and it was soooo dissappointing that we had visitors from out of state experience this. I will never come back and will never recommend at the hotel where I work. Worst experience ever.

Little disappointed with the ordering process. All beers taste like IPAs, regardless of ales, lagers, etc. Bbq is okay, but this is the place for brews, not necessarily the food.
